This is very similar to the previous one, but we includes notes on the second string in our descending line in measure 1. Note that the chord made up by each three note block in our descending line is a 7th chord. The first one is G#, B, and D (E7), the second is G, Bb, Db (Eb7 or also A7b9), and the last is F#, A, C (D7). You may also think of the harmony in the four beats of measure 1 as E7 - E7 - A7b9 - Am6...(but maybe that's more than you wanted to know)
