Reviews Help

For each review at Guitar Notes, a number of fields are viewable and clickable:

• title is the title of the review, which is generally a short one-line summary of the review. Clicking on the title of the review will bring up a page that displays all the details of the respective review.
• category is the category of the review, such as acoustic guitars, guitar & music stores, etc. Clicking on the category of the review will search for all reviews of the same category and display them in sorted order, most recently posted review first.
• reviewer is the person or company that posted the respective review. Clicking on a reviewer will search for all reviews that were posted by that reviewer and display them in sorted order, most recently posted reviewer first.
• rating is a numerical rating given for the subject being reviewed as part of the respective review. The rating system is from 1 to 5, with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. Clicking on a rating will search for all reviews that are related to the same subject. For instance, clicking on the rating for a review of "Guitar Store, Inc" will bring up all reviews of "Guitar Store, Inc". The overall rating for a subject is obtained by averaging across all reviews for the given subject and the initial default rating. An initial default 2.0 overall rating is assigned when no reviews are available for a subject.
