This hour and a half empowering workshop for all Christian guitarists is designed to teach creative and expressive guitar playing in a worship setting, combining the technical and fun aspects of guitar playing with spiritual passion. This workshop is a blend of participation, demonstration and teaching. The majority of the workshop is hands-on where each person plays along with the techniques being demonstrated. This hour and a half workshop for Christians songwriters (and those who want to write songs) is designed to teach the foundational principles in the craft of creative songwriting. Whether for a radio commercial, a ballad of your life story, or a song in a worship setting, you will find practical techniques and useful ideas. This workshop is a blend of participation, demonstration and teaching. Through Biblical insight and practical experience, Reggie inspires the correlation of dynamic faith in Jesus Christ with creative and expressive songwriting. Reggie will cover:

Christian Guitarist Workshop
(for intermediate/advanced)
This three hour motivational workshop for Christian guitarists is designed to enhance musical skill and Christian faith, combining the technical and fun aspects of guitar playing with spiritual passion. This workshop is a blend of participation, demonstration and teaching. The majority of the workshop is hands-on where each person plays along with the techniques being demonstrated. Through Biblical insight and practical experience, Reggie inspires the correlation of dynamic faith in Jesus Christ with creative and expressive guitar playing. Reggie will cover:
- Expressive Licks & Tricks
- Chord Progressions (open, modern, jazz, blues)
- Leading Singing with Guitar
- Gaining Confidence
- Learning Technique through Songs
- Helpful Exercises
Only intermediate to advanced guitarists are recommended to attend. The beginner would get frustrated because of the intensive nature of the workshop. Each student must have the strength to play a barre chord. There are materials given to each individual which will keep you motivated for months to come including a book called The Complete Guitarist by Richard Chapman ($20.00 value). The workshop costs $45.00, which includes the book, CD, guitar magazine and written materials. Guitarists will have such an inspirational time. The goal is for them to be not just informed, but transformed and equipped to use their talents to glorify God.
Christian Guitarist Workshop
(for beginners)
This three hour motivational workshop for beginning Christian guitarists is designed to teach the basics of guitar playing in a worship setting, combining the technical and fun aspects of guitar playing with spiritual passion. This three hour workshop is a blend of participation, demonstration and teaching. The majority of the workshop is hands-on where each person plays along with the techniques being demonstrated. - Tunning the Guitar
- Basic Chords
- Common Progressions
- Strumming and Finger Picking Patterns

Only beginning guitarists are recommended to attend. The more advanced student would get frustrated because of the slower pace of the workshop. There are materials given to each individual which will keep you motivated for months to come including a book called Beginning Worship Guitar by Samuel Hoffman ($20.00 value). The workshop costs $45.00, which includes the book, CD, magazine and written resource materials. You will have such an inspirational time and the goal is for you to be more than informed, to be transformed and equipped to use your talents to glorify God.
Leading Worship & Team Building Workshop
This three hour dynamic workshop for musicians and leaders is designed to enhance the corporate singing of the church, develop the skill of the musicians, motivate a lifestyle of intimate worship, inspire confidence and expression, and build "team" unity with good communication. The first half of the workshop is a blend of participation, demonstration and teaching where theology, philosophy and methodology of leading singing are discussed. Through Biblical insight and practical experience, Reggie unveils the essentials which empower your group to be more effective.

The second half of the workshop is a Practicum where music is explored in the style of your choice (contemporary, traditional or blended). The musicians play together while Reggie leads and makes observations to appropriate the methods discussed earlier. He can video tape musicians and immidiately review them with positive feedback.
