electric guitars
Review for: DeArmond Jet-Star
Purchase price of pounds sterling 199
Rating: 4.0
Comments:I've been playing for abotu eight years (mainly bass (Thunderbird of course) but always a little guitar) over the years I've borrowed or bought many dodgy cheapo guitars and (epiphone SG, fenix tele, Tanglewood Les Paul) and on one memorable occasion provided a safe home for a "warm" (unbeknownst to me of course) les paul studio special. however this is the first guitar I bought new to play seriously and I love it. I knew I wanted a set neck and humbuckers but I didn't want to be boring so when they put a special offer on these (original list proce was 300 or something ludicrous) I knew it was mine now all I needs an amp. if it were nabbed I'd probably call it poetic justice (that les paul was nice though) but I would get a new one, one point get it set up and fiddled with or do it yourself if you're that way inclined. plus it is an unbelievable bargain and of course it looks dead cool> I suppose if I had the tuning pegs done it might not slip so badly out of tune (but then I do go from standard to DAdflatGflatADflat and stuff) Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
