Review for: Ibanez SR405 5-String Bass
Purchase price of 510 USD
Rating: 4.0
Comments:i've been playing for a year and it's been a great year this bass is an upgrade from my first beginners bass which was absolutely horrible and you can tell just by playing the first one and then switching to my SR405 my first bass was a 4 string and i decided to get a 2 string because E just isn't low enough for me so i tune the B string down to A and it is perfect i own a lot of other stuff I own a guitar (Ibanez Roadstar series 2) and a couple of pedals (Ibanez DL5 Digital Delay, Danelectro Fab Tone Distortion, Digitech XP100 Whammy-Wah) i also own a very old guitar amp cabinet and head both 250 watts old Univox If my SR405 were lost of stolen i would kill myself cause there is no way in hell that i will ever make $510 bucks again at least not yet anyway so i would go on a giant killing spree trying to find out who stole it I wish that it had a more advanced EQ on it the 3 band EQ that it has is great but the Ibanez Ergodyne 5 string has an awesome EQ and i wish that the SR405 would have that Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
