Review for: Hohner SE35
Purchase price of sterling 180 used
Rating: 3.0
Comments:I was on the lookout for a second-hand 335 copy, and had rather made my mind up that it was going to be an Epiphone Sheraton, until I saw an article in "Total Guitar" that did a comparative test on budget 335 copies. They concluded that the Hohner SE35 and the Tanglewood Chicago both sounded better than the Epiphone and were a better buy. So I bought the Hohner. It looks great, it sounds fine, and I'm very happy with it. Hohner still make these, and they retail at around 380, new. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
